3. Deposits & Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods

Deposit Rules

Withdrawal Rules

KYC Verification

Wagering Requirement
All bonus funds — including the welcome bonus and any reload bonuses — are subject to a 15× wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount received. Bonus funds must be wagered 15 times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in eligible bets before withdrawing.
Bonus Validity
- Welcome bonus: valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
- Reload bonus (20% on subsequent deposits): valid for 7 days from issue.
- Expired, unmet wagering requirements result in the bonus balance being removed.
Bonus Restrictions
- Bonuses are for personal use only. Coordinated use of bonuses across multiple accounts ("bonus abuse") will result in cancellation of all bonuses and potential account suspension.

5. Game Rules & Fair Play

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, all bets placed in that round may be voided and stakes returned. Winnings paid in error due to a software fault may be recovered.

Where an account is closed for any other reason (such as a voluntary closure request from the player), any verified balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
